The Place

Destined to become one of Hong Kong’s great hotel restaurants, The Place has a twenty three feet ceiling framed by light on all four sides creating a presence and sense of space reminiscent of a different time and elegance.

Today’s needs are also at the forefront of our design with a beautiful garden area featuring waterfalls and tropical plantings allowing al fresco dining. Our sumptuous buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is enhanced by a creative a la carte menu blending all your eastern and western favourites with some new and exciting twists.


The Backyard

Amidst of bustling Mongkok sits The Backyard, our beautiful al fresco terrace allowing you to enjoy balmy evenings in five star style. Come join us for the best BBQ in town under sweet-scented mango trees and the glittering stars. Sit back and relax, The Backyard is where you find gaiety and laughter throughout the week.

A selection which includes sirloin steaks, beef short ribs, veal and pork sausages, lamb chops, salmon steaks and barramundi will be cooked on the spot. In addition, an array of salads, breads and desserts will be placed on the buffet counter while a sumptuous seafood platter will be served on the table.

Hong Kong is renowned for its exquisite Chinese food and our contemporary Cantonese restaurant underlines this claim. With elegant a la carte dining as well as flexible private rooms catering from 12 to 240 persons, Ming Court gives you the flexibility to entertain or just be pampered.

Our extensive menu, highlighted with seasonal excitement and home made dim sum for lunch, gives you all Hong Kong cuisine has to offer without having to leave the hotel.
